Prana Apana Kriya 5 Min Yoga Snack

This is a 9 minute Yoga Snack, that you can practice practically anywhere! At work, on a train, just not whilst you are driving!

Enjoy the benefits for yourself, don’t take my word for it! As with all yoga practice, try it for yourself and see.

The only requistite is that you give the practice your fully attention and presence for 5 minutes.
